Principle of operation
The principle of operation of the medicator is based on the provisions of hydraulics, the device does not require connection to a power source or the influence of other forces, for the operation of the dosing pump, only the pressure of a constant water flow moving through the pipeline is necessary. As soon as pressurized water enters the dosing pump, the hydraulic drive is activated, which in turn drives the dosing piston. It sucks in the liquid additive and then injects a fixed dose of the liquid additive into the passing water stream. The resulting mixture is thoroughly mixed inside the engine and only then fed into the pipeline.
